March started off with a great find, y-splitters for power cables, who knew such a thing existed? These reduce the amount of plugs you need. This is just a y-cable but there are all sort of weird and wonderful combination that you can get

We made our annual club trip up to the Festival of Model Railways – this years show was a little bit disappointing, not a great selection of layouts. Not to disparage the layouts that were there, just not a particularly good variety.
